Here was a franciscan carving workshop in the 18th century. Team
of joiners, carvers and polychrom - masters was very good and famous. Skilled
workers were not natives but came from Tyrol. part of the province
was oriented to the Alps culture sphere in the art and culture. Their main
workshop could be in Ljubljana or Kamnik. However the Kamnik workshop had
very important role.
