Jerzy Jarnuszkiewicz (Kalisz, Poljska / Poland – Varšava), 1964

Čista, konstrukcijsko dovršena plastika v igri konkavno in konveksno uokvirjenih ploskev tiplje v negativni in pozitivni kiparski prostor, ki ga omejujejo monumentalne, geometrijsko poenostavljene oblike.

Skulptura sodi v drugi, študijsko zasnovani pol avtorjevega ustvarjanja, saj je pred tem večino njegovih del odlikovala vehementna, ekspresivno oblikovana figuralika. Horizontalno razvito plastiko odlikuje notranja uravnoteženost in domišljena kompozicijska trdnost, saj tudi podporni skelet paličastih nosilcev ne zmanjšuje estetske zaokroženosti.

Lokacija: Ravne na Koroškem (material: varjeno konstrukcijsko jeklo in profili Železarne Ravne).

A pure, structurally refined plastic work that, through the play of concave and convex framed surfaces, probes both negative and positive sculptural space delineated by monumental, geometrically distilled forms.

The sculpture marks a pivotal shift toward rigorous analytical abstraction in the artist's oeuvre, which had previously been renowned for vehement, expressively modeled figuration. Horizontally articulated, this composition achieves remarkable internal equilibrium and structural integrity, where even the supporting armature of rod struts preserves its unbroken aesthetic coherence.

Location: Ravne na Koroškem (material: welded structural steel and rod profiles from the Ravne Steelworks).
