Notre-Dame

stoji na otoku Sene - Ile de la Cite. Katedralo je začel  v 12. stoletju (leta 1163) graditi Maurice de Sully in dela so se nadaljevala še 200 let (1330). Leta 1841 so se pričela obnovitvena dela, ki so bila nujna saj sta Revolucija in čas naredila škodo. Značilnost katerdale so številne skulpture in velika okna v obliki rozete. 

Notranjost cerkve

: dolžina 127,5 m in višina 32,5 m. Cerkev lahko sprejme 9000 vernikov.

Cathedrale Notre-Dame

stands on the isle of Seine - Ile de la cite. Begun by Bishop Maurice de Sully in the 12th century (1163), Notre-Dame de Paris took two hundred years to build (till 1330). The ravages of time and the Revolution made restoration necessary, and from 1841 on, Lassus and Viollet-le-duc carried out reconstruction work. Access to the towers affords an unique view over the oldest part of Paris.

Interior

: the interior of the church extending to a length of 127.5 m for a height of 32.5 m beneath the vaults and capable of holding, about 9000 of the faithful.
