[SLOVENSKO] Old part of Lasko is situated on the left bank of the Savinja, just below the hill Hum (583 m). Town is known by the warm springs which were known in the time of the ancient Rome. Well known is also brewery (established in 1825) which is one of the largest in the country. Above the old town stands the old castle Tabor. There is a fine panorama to the Town and the countryside. The most important coultural monument in the town is Parish church of St Martin which dates from the 1269.
