Wien (Dunaj, Vienna)

Vienna is situated in the eastern Austria, in the Vienna Basin. The city expands from the elevation of 151 m (Danube River) to 530 m at the eastern most extension of the Alps. Vienna is with the population of about 1.6 million the largest city and the capital of Austria. The historic Centre of Vienna is listed in UNESCO World Heritage list.
